Flavian Joseph is a seasoned Human Resources Officer at the Ifakara Health Institute, bringing over five years of HR expertise in both corporate environments and project operations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Tumaini University, Dar es Salaam Campus, and has received professional training in labor practices focused on leading HR excellence.

Flavian has also completed specialized training in HR Service Delivery and Occupational Health and Safety Management, with a focus on personnel management in automotive operations, through the Toyota Kenya Academy.

He began his HR career with the Palladium Group on the Human Development Innovation Fund project as an HR Assistant and later joined CFAO Mobility Tanzania Limited as a Human Resources Associate. Flavian’s professional experience spans training and development, industrial case management, performance management, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, talent management and succession planning, employee engagement activities, and the development of employee manuals, among other areas essential to HR service excellence.
