Position Summary
Ifakara Health Institute is seeking a qualified Assistant Nursing Officer to support the TARSI Project — a new study focused on addressing surgical site infections (SSIs) in the era of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The successful candidate will provide nursing care and conduct clinical assessments, patient follow-up, specimen collection, and documentation of maternal and neonatal outcomes. The project will be implemented at SFRRH.

Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must hold a Diploma in Nursing, be registered with the Nursing Council of Tanzania, and have training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
