Position Summary
Ifakara Health Institute is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide crucial administrative and logistical support to project managers and teams, ensuring smooth daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, tracking tasks/budgets, handling communications, procurement of supplies, payment and Human Resource issues.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a diploma in Secretarial Studies or Public Administration or Business Administration, along with a certificate in Computer Studies, and have at least one year of experience performing similar duties in a reputable organization.
