STANDARDS: Ifakara conducts 2025 management review for iso-certified quality system

The Ifakara Health Institute today convened a Management Review Meeting for its Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with the ISO 9001:2015 standards. The meeting, held at Ifakara’s Mikocheni Office in Dar es Salaam, was chaired by the Institute’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. Raphael Laizer and brought together heads of departments across the organization.
The annual review provided a comprehensive overview of QMS implementation over the past year. It also offered an opportunity to evaluate progress on QMS objectives set for 2024 and establish strategic plans for the effective implementation of quality objectives for 2025.
