HOLIDAY: Eid Mubarak to our partners!
The Ifakara Health Institute extends warm Eid el-Hajj wishes to all our esteemed partners and stakeholders within the public health sector and beyond.
Eid el-Hajj is the second of the two main Islamic holidays alongside Eid el-Fitr. This is a significant Islamic holiday marking the climax of the annual pilgrimage (Hajj) – a key pillar of the religion -- and commemorating the spirit of faith, sacrifice, and compassion.
As families and communities gather in celebration, we reflect on the values of unity, generosity, and service—principles that guide our shared work in advancing health and well-being for all.
The Management wishes to inform all our partners that our offices will close at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 26 May 2026 for Eid el-Hajj that will be observed on Wednesday, 27 May 2026. Normal work will resume on Thursday, 28 May 2026.
Eid Mubarak!
