Job Description

Position Summary Ifakara Health Institute seeks a qualified and experienced Research Officer. The Officer will perform laboratory testing required for the management of patients with HIV and or TB including comorbidities. The Officer will also deliver improved services in collaboration with hospitals, government authorities, and implementing partners, and collaborate within the existing research platform of the Kilombero and Ulanga antiretroviral Cohort (KIULARCO) and develop their own research agenda and research project(s).

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory and/or any other related field with at least two years of working experience.
