Novatus Menas Manda, currently working as a Counselor at the Chronic Diseases Clinic of Ifakara (CDCI), the largest rural prospective cohorts for individuals living with HIV in Sub-Saharan Africa.

He has been providing advice to young people regarding HIV/AIDS. His teaching style is characterized by a great deal of humor, adding an engaging element to the learning process. His passion lies in witnessing young people living with the virus lead fulfilling lives without any limitations.
