Position Summary The Ifakara Health Institute seeks a Research Scientist - Bioinformatics Specialist who will be responsible for selecting and implementing bioinformatics tools, developing custom software solutions, providing training, and ensuring high-quality data analysis workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field, with proven experience in bioinformatics, data analysis, and programming (e.g., Python, R, Bash).
