Job Description

Position Summary Ifakara qualified and experienced Field Interviewers (Clinical Observers) to join the DYNAMIC project in Ifakara. They will be responsible for observing consultations involving children aged 2 months to 5 years at 4-5 health facilities. During these consultations, they will document whether certain symptoms were asked or spontaneously given by the patient/caretaker, and document what physical exams were performed. They will also document the final diagnosis, treatment, and management plan of the consultations. The Field Interviewers will be required to travel to 4-5 health facilities in Morogoro region to conduct the observations.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Clinical Medicine with a minimum of 2 years of working experience; experience in treating children is mandatory.
