Job Description

Position Summary Ifakara is looking for qualified and experienced Field Interviewers (Caretaker Exit Interviewers) to join the DYNAMIC project in Ifakara. They will discuss with 25 caretakers of children aged 2 months to 5 years in five health facilities. During these interviews, they will document the understanding of caretakers in regard to what the health care worker told them (e.g. when to return to the health facility, what treatment and management plan was provided). They will also document the caretaker's satisfaction with the consultation. The Field Interviewers will be required to travel to five health facilities in Morogoro region where they will conduct the interviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of Form 4 level of education with experience in conducting population health surveys.
