 Full Title Working Conditions for Health Providers in Tanzania.

 Description The goal of this project is to learn about the working conditions of health providers in public and private sectors in Tanzania and use the lessons learned in working with governments and employers to improve working conditions for all employees in the health sector in Tanzania and ultimately in Africa and the world as a whole.

Additionally, the objectives are;

1.  To assess level of knowledge of health providers on legal aspects associated with their employment in relation to the international labour standards
 
2.  To analyze the working time health providers have to undergo in relation to the remuneration received

 
3.  To assess the training and career development opportunities available to health providers
 
4.  To assess the working environment of health providers and its association to safety and health of the providers
