1. To strengthen capacity in vector control implementation and research in Kenya and Tanzania.
2. Enable operational vector control staff without first degrees to study for an MSc in Applied Parasitology and experience high quality research through placement at projects of IHI and its partners in the region.
3. Enable candidates for the MSc in Applied Parasitology coming from conventional academic backgrounds to experience programmatic operational research through placement at projects of IHI and its partners in the region.
