1. To improve the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of learning of the TEHIP tools rolling out, to improve the overall training in health tools; and determine the impact the information made available by these tools has made on CHMTs utilization.
2. To strengthen the sentinel demographic surveillance system to monitor equity and progress towards MDGs targets with a focus for child, maternal and neonates and second is upgrading of health system tools for scale-up
3. Supporting and advising Districts budgets to implement and test the National Road Map strategic plan to accelerate the reduction of maternal and newborn deaths in Tanzania.
