IHI in the news
In 2011, IHI facilitated 36 news articles, including 32 in the print media, two television interviews and two radio interviews. IHI research scientist Nicodemus Govella has recently appeared on the Rockhopper tv programme where he talked about the use of larvicide to prevent malaria.
In July 2011, Vincent Makori of the Voice of America (VoA) interviewed Dr Salim Abdulla and Dr Kefas Mugittu. The two senior scientists spoke about the ongoing trials on anti-malarial drugs and vaccines.
