Our IRB is multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral in composition. It includes persons with relevant scientific expertise, balanced age and gender distribution, who have the qualifications and experience to review and evaluate scientific and medical ethics aspects of research protocol. Community members represent the interests and concerns of the community. The IHI-IRB has the flexibility of having ad hock external technical support according to the protocol need (new drug and vaccine).
