Rufiji This site hosts the Rufiji Health and Demographic Surveillance System (HDSS) which tracks health, demographic and mortality events in 31 villages in Rufiji District.
IHI offices are located on the campus of the Vocational Training Centre in Ikwiriri town. Ikwiriri lies 150kms south of Dar es Salaam, just before the Rufiji river bridge on the main road linking Dar es Salaam to Lindi and Mtwara.
IHI's Rufiji office has a total staff strength of 101.
